Sea La Vie is nestled in the quiet South Coast suburb of Southport, which boasts uninterrupted ocean and breaker views. The property has been in the family since 1995, and since 2001, affordable holiday accommodation has been offered to Guests who need to get away from the hustle, and have a "home away from home".
The blue flag beach of Southport and Umtentweni is only 5min per vehicle away. The beach in front of the property is only a 2min walk away.
We are currently offering two units (Mermaid's Cove and Captain's Corner) to Guests, whilst the other two units are permanently occupied, one by the Caretaker of the property, and is always available to assist during your stay.
Each unit offers 2 Bedrooms with on-suite bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, lounge, TV, full DSTV and a private braai area. Mermaid's Cove has the wooden deck which is for the exclusive use of Guests booked into this unit, and Captain's Corner has the lawn area, and private deck and braai area available for their use.

Sea La Vie was for sure one of the best places I had stayed in, a home away from home. It has all the things to make your holiday unforgettable: a friendly
and very helpful caretaker in Sonia, neat and tidy unit, equipped with everything needed, a spectacular view, and very affordable.
The apartment had everything we needed and the rooms were larger than we expected. The surroundings are quiet and the trips to the beach or the Spar were short. There is no better ice cream than just down the road. We wanted to see and hear the ocean, and we did. The views were amazing early in the mornings with a cup of coffee. We will definitely be back...

The Blue Flag beach is close enough to walk to, if you are fit.
Many day trips within 60km making this place central and convenient. We loved Lake Eland and the water park at the casino
