In Marloth Park, there is an incredibly unique completely equipped vacation home called Genet House Holiday Home.

It offers easy access to all day and night wildlife activities that are offered in the Southern region of South Africa's renowned Kruger National Park, entering, or exiting through Crocodile Bridge Gate and or Malelane Gate. It is situated close to Gate 1, in the quieter and abundant wildlife side of Marloth Park.

When you reserve Genet House Holiday Home, the entire home is reserved for the duration of your visit. This vacation rental can house up to eight people (adults and children) in four air-conditioned bedrooms. A completely equipped kitchen with utensils, a spectacular outside braai area or porch, a pool table, a cosy living room with a smart TV, a swimming pool, etc.

A variety of general wildlife frequents this vacation property where people can "live in the bush" every day. You may watch wild zebra and kudu eat from your hand, spend time with your family while braaiing, relaxing, and swimming on the stoep, feed the bush babies at dusk, and later relax by a bonfire in the garden while listening to lions roaring in Kruger National Park.

As the proprietor of Genet House Holiday Home, may I advise you to extend your stay if you can, beyond two nights? Two nights is always too little, according to departing guests!

While you are on vacation, the housekeeping will take care of the daily cleaning to give you a respite from household duties.

We advise CD Tours (www.cd-tours.co.za), who will pick you up from Genet House Holiday Home, for open vehicle safari drives into Kruger Park.

In Room Facilities:

Apart from the Mezzanine bedroom, which features its own en-suite toilet and washbasin, each elegantly appointed en-suite bedroom (King, Queen, Double) offers refinement & romanticism.
Each bed has a comfortable mattress, a mosquito net, and crisp, opulent Egyptian linens. A luxurious shower, plush towels, amenities, and a hair dryer are provided in every bathroom.
A corner bath is available in the Queen's bathroom ;-)

Area Information:

Marloth Park features one gas/petrol station and three small commercial centers that provide to all self-catering needs.
Malalane and Komatipoort towns have multiple petrol stations and large supermarket stores such as Super Spar, Pick n Pay, and Checkers.
There are various restaurants in Marloth Park to select from, so dining out can be done at any time of day or night.

The feeling that you're one with nature, is exactly what a tired soul needs. The park has everything a person require, from personal stuff to juice for your motorcar.
