Genet House is a very special 'fully furnished' self-catering holiday home in Marloth Park. It’s located close to Gate 1, in the quieter and abundant wildlife side of Marloth Park, providing easy access to all day & night wildlife activities that are offered within the Southern region of South Africa's famous Kruger National Park, entering or exiting through Crocodile Bridge Gate and or Malelane Gate.

When you book Genet House, you are booking the whole house for the duration of your stay. This holiday home accommodates a maximum of 8 persons (adults & children) sharing 4 bedrooms all air-conditioned. A kitchen fully stocked with utensils, an amazing outside braai area/stoep, pool table, comfortable lounge with smart TV, swimming pool etc

This 'living in the bush' holiday home has various wildlife visiting every single day. You will experience free-roaming Zebra and Kudu eating from your hand, enjoy family time together on the stoep braaiing, chilling & swimming, with feeding the Bush babies at sunset, to later sitting around a lazy campfire in the garden listening to the lion’s roaring from Kruger National Park.

As the owner of Genet House, I recommend staying more than two nights if you can? Guests departing always say two nights is too short!
The housekeeping will tidy up each day ensuring you have a break from house chores whilst on holiday ;-)
Open vehicle safari drives into Kruger Park; we recommend CD Tours (www.cd-tours.co.za) who will collect you at Genet House.
Please take the time to read our 10/10 reviews throughout the www. Thank you :-)

In Room Facilities:

Each beautifully decorated bedroom (King, Queen, Double, Mezzanine) provides sophistication and romance, each with its own spacious en-suite bathroom with the exception of the Mezzanine bedroom which has its own en-suit toilet & washbasin. Showering is shared in the King Room.
All the beds are comfortable and are mosquito netted and sheeted with crisp, luxurious Egyptian linen. Each bathroom provides a luxury shower, soft towels, toiletries & hair dryer. The Queen bathroom has a corner bath to soak in ;-)

Area Information:

Marloth Park has one petrol station & three bush shopping centres suitable for all self-catering supplies.
Malalane & Komatipoort towns have a number of petrol stations and big grocery shops - Super Spar, Pick n Pay, Checkers etc
There are several restaurants in Marloth Park to choose from, so eating out day or night is not a problem.
