Welcome to 7a Cross Street,
This is a charming bed-sitting room with a double bed and en-suite full bathroom, with a bath and a shower. There is a small (but fully equipped) kitchen, and the unit has a beamed patio area , with a kettle braai and a garden table and chairs, next to a small lawned area.
This garden cottage has air-conditioning and DSTV. It has a dedicated carport for secure off-street parking, limited to a vehicle height of 1.7 metres (any vehicle above this height has to be parked at De Kothuize’s main parking area at 4 Parsonage Street, which is a 5-minute walk from the unit).
This garden flat is situated at the back of the main house at 7 Cross Street and is accessed from the street via a separate side entrance, through a narrow passage along the side of the house, past its patio and garden areas.
The location of the unit is ideally situated for the town’s extensive museums and other facilities. Several good restaurants are within walking distance.
