Marloth Lekker Rus is a self-catering house accommodating up to 8 Guests in the popular Marloth Park Wildlife sanctuary, which is situated on the southern border of the Kruger National Park near the Crocodile Bridge Gate.
The Crocodile River forms the border between Marloth Park and the Kruger National Park, and you are likely to spot the Big 5 as they come down to the river to drink. Perfectly situated for those who enjoy game viewing of free-roaming game species wandering around Marloth Park itself, and you may be visited by warthog, zebra, kudu, impala, giraffe, and plenty more.

The home comprises an open plan kitchen, Dining area and Lounge, 2 Prepaid Air conditioning in the center of the house. 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms each with a shower, basin and toilet.

• Bedroom 1 - Downstairs - Contains a Queen-size bed and a Ceiling fan.
• Bedroom 2 - Downstairs - Contains a Queen-size bed and a Ceiling fan.
• Bedroom 3 - Upstairs - In the loft-style bedroom is a queen-size bed, two single beds and a Ceiling fan.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes cutlery, crockery, a four-plate gas stove with oven, two fridges/Freezers, microwave Toaster, beverage making facilities.
Undercover patio area which has outdoor patio furniture, a splash pool and braai facilities.
The patio overlooks the bush. Covered parking for 4 vehicles is provided.
ALARM AND SAFETY:

• There are an alarm system in the house, and a panic remote.
• Securicon Security is our security company responsible for security.
• Please bring own swimming towels + Bath Towels.
• Air-conditioning in the house (not in the Bedrooms) and it are PRE-PAID.
You are liable for the cost on the pre-paid.
• Ceiling Fans in Dining Room/Lounge area, the 2 Bedrooms Downstairs and the Upper Room.
• Braai / barbeque area available please provide own braai material. (charcoal / fire lighters) NO WOOD
• Braai / barbeque area will not be cleaned daily.
• Linen is provided.
• Parking available
• No Credit Card Facilities.
• There is a TV with Open View - and No DSTV, radio or Internet/Wi-Fi.
• The House are not cleaned daily during your stay.(Only on request in advance @ R250.00 per day.
• If House is left unclean, R250.00 will be deducted from the deposit. - (No pots, pans or any dishes)
• A minimum stay period of 2 nights applies. Long weekends are charged at Peak Season rates.
• No Smoking in House. (If any person ignore the smoking rule, you will forfeit the whole Deposit)
• Only 2 black bags will be provided and Garbage must be dropped at Gate 1 or Gate 2, if not R20.00 per bag will deducted from your deposit.
• Only 1 Toilet roll per toilet will be provided.
• Marloth Park is not a playground or Ventura, it is a conservation area.
• So when you rent our House, please take notice of the speed limit: 50km tar road.
• Reduce noise as much as possible like music or shouting.

Marloth Park also offers the convenience of basic commodities such as two shopping centres,
two hardware stores, a curio shop, two liquor store, a large open deck bar and variety of restaurants,swimming pool, Jungle Gym and play ground, Laundry, ice cream den, fuel station, two car wash bays,purified water shop, a bakery, a Butcher.

GENERAL:
• Marloth Park is not a playground or Ventura, it is a conservation area.
• So when you rent our House, please take notice of the speed limit:
- 50km tar road
- 25km on the dirt road.
• Reduce noise as much as possible like music or shouting.
• Marloth Park is a Malaria area.
* NB - Please bring drinking water with, the water in Marloth is good for bath and making coffee.
NB - Act of God. (Lightning, droughts etc.)
• If Lekker Rus in Marloth Park is out of power or water due to 3rd parties such as Eskom or the Municipality we will not refund you for your stay.
