Welcome to 214 10th Street - a lovely Voëlklip home ideal for entertaining. This well designed, luxury holiday home nestled in the popular Hermanus suburb of Voëlklip, is perfect for large families who enjoy entertaining.
This home is spacious, secure and offers a swimming pool leading off the well appointed inside braai room. Magnificent sea and mountain views abound, and a kids delight with a large jungle gym and in the garden accompanied by a large, separate playroom for the kids to escape to and play some table tennis.
The house consists of 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a kitchen, 2 dining areas, 1 lounge and a braai room. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bath. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has a en-suite bathroom with a shower and bath. Two of the other bedrooms each contain twin beds, and have en-suite bathrooms with showers and baths. The other 2 bedrooms each contain twin beds, and share the use of a bathroom with a bath, and a shower.
Grotto beach is but a minutes walk away for those early morning outings or simply just relaxing a day at the beach.
