Welcome to Casa Nel,
Magnificent newly renovated family home above Brekvis-baai Vermont. Un-interrupted sea views. Spacious living areas, kitchen and indoor braai room. Spacious deck with pool. Quiet street Security.
Casa Nel comprises 5 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. Four of the bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed, and the fifth room features twin beds. The 3 bathrooms are fitted with a bath and a shower, or a shower only, and is shared between the bedrooms. Linen is provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. Meals can be enjoyed at the 8-seater dining table. A dishwasher, a washing machine, and a tumble-dryer are also available for guests to use.
The lounge features comfy seating. Guests have access to Wi-Fi, a TV with selected DStv channels, and the built-in braai area, both opening onto the large deck with lounge areas and the swimming pool, overlooking the ocean.

Vermont is close to the main part of town (10-15min drive) but out of the hustle and bustle so perfect for a quieter stay. Also closer to Hemel en Aarde valley where the wine farms are.
