Welcome to Villa Werelia,
Walking distance from Kidd’s and Peter Pan Beach is a comfortable family holiday home that can sleep 6 in the main house and 2 in a self-contained flat with an air–con. There is also a bachelor pad that sleeps 1 guest.
The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a queen bed with a wonderful sea view from the bed. There is an air-con for the very hot days and nights. Fans in each of the other 2 bedrooms. Both bedrooms have 2 single beds in each.
2 bathrooms one with a shower and the other has a bath.
Open plan lounge-dining room and pub leading out to the well-furnished patio where you can relax and enjoy the sea view. Just off the patio is a splash pool where you can cool yourself down after a hot day on the beach.
Very well equipped kitchen with a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, glass top stove and oven and a microwave. There is a chest freezer and an extra fridge for cool drinks out on the patio.
Separate scullery with a top loader washing machine.
The 2 sleeper flat with air-con has 1 queen bed and space to set up a camping cot if need be. TV, microwave, fridge and kettle. Shower and toilet.
Bachelor pad has a ¾ bed,fan and its own shower and toilet.
Between the flat and the main house is a huge entertainment area with a built-in braai and table and chairs. This is situated under big trees to give good shade in the day and well-lit with spotlights at night.
Good security. The property is walled in. One lock-up garage.
There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after coming back from the beach.
