Sea Breeze is a stunning self-catering apartment on the 2nd floor accessible by staircase, located in Bloubergstrand offering a spectacular ocean view towards the Atlantic Ocean with a distant view of Robben Island. The location offers easy access to the center of Cape Town as well as Cape Town International Airport, the Cape Winelands, Cape Point and many other well-known tourist attractions in and around Cape Town.
The apartment can accommodate 2 guests and comprises 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The bedroom contains a queen-size bed, while the bathroom is fitted with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, cutlery and crockery. There is also a breakfast bar with bar stools. There is a dining table with seating for two. The lounge has a leather modular stunning lounge suite and a 50" flat-screen Smart TV with Netflix, Showmax & You Tube.
Free Wi-Fi access is also provided with UPS.
The Doodles Restaurant, Primi Piatti, News Cafe, Catch 22 and Pakalolo Beach Bar are all within a short distance. The surrounding area has numerous restaurants and shops. Eden on the Bay is 2 km away, where you can enjoy Sundowners at MOYO Restaurant or just enjoy a beer on the lawns of the Blue Peter Hotel.
Blouberg beachfront is made famous for its ideal water sport conditions, including being rated as one of the top kiteboarding locations in the world. The beach stretches in both directions, making it perfect for long walks and exercising.
All outstanding amounts must be settled immediately on Invoice presentation.
Failure to settle account will result in reservation being cancelled.
PLEASE NOTE : We DO NOT accept same day bookings later than 17h00.
ALL check ins after19h00 subject to R350.00 cash payment on arrival.
Check in after 19h30 with no communication from guest will re regarded as "NO SHOW".
All children older than 1 year of age are counted as a paying guest.

Identity document, such as a passport or ID book MUST BE presented at check in for verification by all guests.

Keys will ONLY be handed over to identified BOOKING guest on the reservation.
All Credit card transactions processed by Sea Breeze are subject to a 4.5% charge
All cash deposits or payments processed by Sea Breeze is subject to a R85.00 administration fee per transaction.
Loss of keys\Remote subject to R1000.00 replacement charge.

The beach.
Dining out, walking on the beach.
They are not far from shops even if I use Uber it's not expensive.
It is quiet and serene. The beach is easy to access and many people run on the beach or next to it. A great place to visit if you enjoy being active. Also, a very dog friendly place. I would recommend Mozambik for a relaxed meal, but be prepared for noise: it is a very popular location! Both Table Mountain and Robben Island are visisble from Blouberstrand. with Uber, you can get around pretty easily to just about any location.
The beach
We want to thank Marko and his team for their friendliness and welcoming us with open arms on the 4th of July 2022. He gave us a tour through the apartment and made sure that we had all the things we need. The apartment was well cleaned and had all the equipment needed. It is walking distance to the beach and there is a lot of restaurants to choose from in the area. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend it for anyone. Sunset court will definitely see us again. Thank you Marko for everything.
The view, the beach, the constant seeing of law enforcement. The restaurants, everything is good.
I love everything about Bloubergstrand, quietness, I get peace of mind whenever I'm there, I'm even thinking of moving in for real.
