La Maison du Soleil is a three-bedroom double-storey house, situated in Pennington. Within Pennington you will find a collection of coastal villages; namely: Bazley, Sezela and Kelso Beach.
The house has a 5kw Deye Inverter, Unlimited Fibre Wi-Fi with UPS. Consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lounge area with TV, Swimming pool & braai facilities.
The home features a fully equipped Kitchen with a washing machine,dishwasher, fridge, Electric stove & oven There is a Defy Gas Oven with 9 kg gas cylinder, microwave oven.
Spend a beautiful day on a secluded beach and enjoy the tidal pools and bay. In this magnificent area you will find the Selborne Park Course and Umdoni Golf Course. While playing golf take advantage of the opportunity to bird watch, enjoy the ocean or surrounding forest view.
In Pennigtons surrounding waters you will find a large variety of aquatic life, this area has developed into a fishing community. Other activities that the area offers are scuba diving, horse riding and snorkelling.

Nice, clean, pleasant environment!
Beautiful area, lovely long beach with large tidal pool for kids and separate rocky areas to explore. Not too crowded. Town itself is friendly and small but has everything you need.
