7 Onserus is a luxury self-catering house located in a quiet upmarket residential complex (Onserus) situated in Plattekloof, one of the northern suburbs of Cape Town.
The complex is situated against the slope of Tygerberg Hill, providing beautiful views of Cape Town and Table Mountain.
The house is decorated in a bespoke French provincial style (a work in progress) and can accommodate up to 6 guests in 3 double bedrooms.
There is an open-plan kitchen / dining room / living area. The main bedroom has the added luxury of an air conditioner, and also has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and a washbasin, and
The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom that is fitted with a shower, toilet, and vanity and functions as the family bathroom of the house. The main bedroom and 1 of the double rooms have direct access to the pool courtyard area via sliding doors.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and basic cooking utensils, cutlery, and crockery. Basic cooking spices are provided for use by our guests.
The formal lounge has a smart TV with Netflix and opens into a large games room that also has an indoor braai. The games room has direct access to the pool area. A large retractable awning provides a lovely shaded area next to the pool, that has beautiful views of the iconic Table Mountain.
A single size day bed in the games / braai room can be provided. Please note this bed is not private, and shares the main bedroom in the house. Access is from the lounge into the games / braai room.

- Parking is available for 2 vehicles, on-site, in the garage. There are 2 more parking areas available off-road at the entrance to the complex.

Should you be arriving after hours a fee of R100 per hour, or part thereof will be charged, as staff goes off duty at 17:00.

Guest making the reservation must supply ID and proof of address to make the reservation.
Guests pay R40
0.00 per stay (or per week, if stay is longer than a week) cleaning and laundry fee and a R1000.00 breakage / damage deposit IN CASH ON ARRIVAL. The deposit will be refunded after inspection of the premises and return of all the keys and remotes.
Check out and inspection will be quick if all kitchenware, cutlery, dinnerware, etc are replaced in the original places.

Shops, Mountain, low density area
Beautiful view of Table Mountain, the V & A Waterfront and beautiful sunsets. Close proximity to Cape Town city. Spotless, tastefully setup, wonderful hostess.
Short distance from Victoria and Alfred Waterfront, Grand West Casino, Table Mountain and not too far from Cape Town International Airport. The breakfast was good to keep us going until, lunch at Moyo Restaurant at Bloomberg Strand or their branch at Spier Wine Estate in Stellenbosch.
