Welcome to Arrilette 10,
Arrilette 10 is a lovely 6 sleeper, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, second floor unit in a secure complex in Manaba, with stunning sea views.
The main bedroom has a beautiful sea view and is fitted with a double bed and a ceiling fan and has an en-suite modern bathroom fitted with a shower, basin and toilet. The second bedroom is fitted with a double bed and the third bedroom with two single beds. Both of these bedrooms have standing fans and have sea views. The second bathroom is newly refurbished with a bath/shower, basin and toilet.
The spacious kitchen is fully fitted with fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The comfortable lounge suite seats 4 – 6 people and there is a kitchen nook seating 6. A flat screen TV is provided with a full DSTV package ( Explora ) so you do not need to bring your own with.
The balcony, with panoramic sea views, is off the lounge, with patio furniture seating 6, as well as a gas braai which is provided for your use.
There is one undercover parking bay allocated to this unit as well as secure visitor’s parking at the front of the complex, behind enclosed fencing and automated gate.
The complex is directly opposite the Manaba tidal pool and the sea, and the main swimming beach at Lucien Beach is a short walk away, about 200m.
Shops and restaurants within the immediate vicinity.
All linen and towels are provided, just bring your own swimming towels.

Fantastic complex and only 7 units. Lovely sea view. Safe and secure.
Close to restaurants, shops, beaches, Shopping Malls. The Casino is about 35 km from Sea-spray.
Highly recommended.
