Villa 2305 is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom villa, located in the incredibly desirable San Lameer Estate, Southbroom, KwaZulu-Natal.
Enjoy spacious and comfortable living in an open-plan double-story unit, with a cozy lounge, TV in the living area, uncapped WIFI, and a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer). From the living area, the villa extends to a covered patio with a braai and dining table where you can enjoy sundowners while relaxing with a view of the nearby pond. The property features a dedicated JoJo tank, providing a reliable source of backup water supply.
For your convenience, the apartment has been equipped with a 5Kw Inverter and Lithium Ion Battery, ensuring operational functionality for most of the electrical outlets during load-shedding. However, we kindly request that guests exercise judicious use of the provided resources, refraining from running high-load appliances that may rapidly deplete the battery's capacity.
Bedroom 1 on the ground floor has a queen-size bed with an ensuite bathroom, with a shower only. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located up the stairs and each has a double bed, sharing a bathroom with a shower only. One covered parking bay for your vehicle. Premium DStv package is included.
