Facilities include 6 suites one of which is a presidential suite, a fully fitted communal kitchen, wine cellar, walk-in pantry, dining room, Livingroom, a pyjama lounge, sun lounge, a swimming pool and a gazebo with braai/BBQ facilities. The Guesthouse has breathtaking views of the Dam. Housekeeping is provided.
The Resort seats on 150 hectares of beautiful bushveld on the Rooikoppies Dam, 30 kms North of Brits, a small town in South Africa’s North West Province (less than 200kms from Johannesburg).
The Estate has private waterfront access on the Rooikoppies Dam with a jetty and a camping site with fishing, birding and self game drives. Wildlife on the property includes Warthog, Zebra, Sable antelope, Giraffe, Impala, Nyala, Eland, Waterbuck, Steenbok, Grey Duiker, Mountain Reedbuck, Kudu and Blesbuck.
Whilst Kameeldrift Resort is not at the scale of the large game reserves of Southern Africa that are crowd pullers such as the Chobe National Park in Botswana or the Kruger National Park in South Africa, it is a small scale that gives it a unique advantage.
The wildlife is in its natural habitat. Access to Kameeldrift Waterfront Estate & Resort is by road, or better still, a short helicopter flight as the Estate has a private 500m² hanger with a helipad. Use of boats on the dam is dependent on water levels (enquire at reservations stage).
Thanks to the "exclusive use" reservations option, this haven of tranquillity can be reserved just for you and your guests; an intimate getaway destination deliberately catering for a limited number of guests, whilst retaining the magic of untamed Africa.

Cosy place and secured
Swimming.
Great place for a nice holiday. I enjoyed the place great service. Its worth going for a second time. Cool bar, all drinks available.
Mall.
Visited Brits Mall. We also visited the stalls for vegetables and fruits. We wanted to visit the Platinum place. This is a very relaxing place where one can swim, slide a braai your meat and network with a variety of people.
It's OK... Just the gravel made it a bit unpleasant.
I loved the holiday atmosphere, the kiddies facilities for all ages. The food. The bar was top notch and I loved the quietness of bush at night.
