Located in the coastal town of L'Agulhas, Avalastreet 3 offers ocean-view self-catering accommodation in a beautifully enclosed home, ideal for the family or a group of friends wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.
This modern home can accommodate up to 8 guests at a time and comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms as well as a guest toilet. The spacious main bedroom has direct access to the balcony and is furnished with a queen-size bed, a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, bath, double vanity and a toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed and also has direct access to the balcony. The other 2 bedrooms each contain a double bed and make use of the second full family bathroom.
The main living area features an open-plan design with a kitchen, lounge and dining area with a pool table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, 2 electric ovens, a microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. A washing machine, dishwasher and ice machine are available in the separate scullery.
The lounge has comfortable lazy-boy couches and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels. Access to free Wi-Fi is available. There is a spacious covered patio with outdoor furniture and a built-in braai.

The house was situated in a lovely position with sea views, close to restaurants and grocery stores in Agulhas.
A newly built spacious house with a modern kitchen and utility room. The beds were so comfortable and the bedding luxurious. The shower had great water pressure too. We stayed with our children during the Easter weekend. The weather wasn’t great so we didn’t really get to enjoy the outside large balcony area facing the sea or the back garden where the built in braai is.
We felt extremely safe there and the house is equipped with an alarm system.
