Welcome to Villa Flamenco 3!
This lovely 2-bedroom ground floor self-catering apartment is situated on the beachfront in Ballito and overlooks the main Thompson Beach.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests at a time and consists of an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area and 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while the second bedroom has two twin beds and is adjacent to the main bedroom with a bath. Free WiFi and air-conditioning is available. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, stove and oven, microwave, kettle and washing machine. The dining area offers a 6-seater dining table and the lounge area has a comfortable couch and a flat screen TV with compact DSTV. Both the dining and sitting area have ceiling fans for cooling and there is some sea view from the sitting area.
There is a garden set and a braai, as well as a second communal braai area in the garden near the apartment. The apartment offers a single garage for convenience and there is additional limited visitors parking around the complex. The complex is accessed by means of a remote control gate.
Please note that this apartment is not suitable for pensioners or wheelchairs as it has some steps from the parking. This is a self-catering apartment and you will receive a cleaning service every day (except on Sundays and public holidays). Your towels will be changed on the 4th day and you will get a towel and linen change on the 8th day for convenience.
Ballito Shopping Mall is located 3.5 km from Villa Flamenco 3, while Ndlondlo Reptile Park is 8 km from the property and the nearest airport is King Shaka International Airport, which is 19.3 km from the accommodation.
