Welcome to Kalkfontein Mountain House!
Kalkfontein Mountain House is set on our beautiful farm, Kalkfontein, 13km up in the Nuweveld Mountains. The exceptional setting of the Kalkfontein Mountain House allows for private and secluded romantic getaways or even just to relax and recharge one's batteries away from the busy everyday life.
The house overlooks the Karoo and the stunning view stretches to the Swartberg Mountains in the south. You can admire the magnificent mountain krantzes from your bedroom or while relaxing in the hot tub, peering over the open Karoo plains.
Kalkfontein Mountain House can accommodate up to 6 guests at a time and consists of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The main bedroom is comfortable furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom has a twin bed. The living area offers another twin bed and a bunk bed, as well as comfortable seating and a fireplace for the cold winter evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped for your self-catering needs.
There is also a barbeque (braai), a hot tub and a fire pit.
PLEASE NOTE in order to reach the Kalkfontein Mountain House, visitors will need to travel with a 4x4 or 4x2 with good ground clearance.
