Palm View Lodge is a stunning self-catering lodge situated at the beautiful Barra beach, Inhambane, Mozambique and is a mere 750m away from the water’s edge and swimming beach. The lodge is built on the side of a west facing dune, overlooking the estuary, with a spectacular view of the ocean to the north, and as the sun sets, the view on the patio is truly one of the best that Barra Beach has to offer.
The lodge offers 2 sturdy wooden houses, each consisting of 3 bedrooms and capable of accommodating a maximum of 8 guests. The main living area leads out onto a deck ideal for sunset sipping on a drink after a day at the beach. The open plan kitchen is spacious and equipped for self-catering.
Each house sleeps 6 guests privately with an additional 2 guests on comfortable beds in the main living area. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, basin and toilet, while the second bathroom contains a shower, basin and toilet and is shared with the remaining two bedrooms. There are fans in each room and mosquito nets on each bed. Linens and bath towels are provided, however please bring your own beach towels. The units are serviced daily, except on Sundays and public holidays.

- A borehole supplies drinkable water for your convenience.
- There is a small splash pool to share between the 2 x houses.
- The closest restaurant is located only 100m away.
Note that Palm View lodge is accessible by normal vehicle, however a vehicle with a higher clearance is preferred.

Great value for money. Decent sized house situated in the dune with stunning views. Walking distance from the beach, restaurants and activities. Nice and cool with the sea breeze. Fans in each room. Large kitchen with decent cutlery and crockery. Ideal for a beach holiday.
