Well positioned within a quiet cal-da-sac with elevated views over Ballito and the rolling landscape towards Durban with slight sea views in the distance. Exceptional design throughout with beautifully appointed, designer gourmet kitchen that interacts seamlessly with the dining and living spaces.
The open plan living area opens out onto various balconies, each with their own view and character. Kiddies play area attached to lounge makes family time a breeze. Main bedroom, on entrance level with adjoining balcony over-looking the landscaped garden with a private en-suite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms (both en-suite) complete the upstairs level. Downstairs, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and sliders onto the wooden deck and garden area, perfect for extended families.
Bar entertainment room with stacking doors that open up onto the vast open deck for easy indoor/ outdoor entertaining. Braai area with gas braai and sun deck overlooking the sparkling pool (with net). Trampoline and space to run makes it an ideal outdoor area for the whole family. Double, auto garage and outdoor shower, for sandy beach outings.

Ballito is a nice and safe enough place to holiday and enjoy the sea.
The vibe was friendly. The boardwalk is well maintained. Beaches were clean and there is lots to do during the holidays.
