A built-in bar area, as well as a firepit and seating area finish the outdoor garden off perfectly. An indoor games room and cinema lounge ensure that the kids and family are kept entertained while enjoying a draught beer on tap with friends. (tap included, keg to be arranged). The office area can be used for work from home parents that need to bring their work along with them.

Simbithi is a 440ha eco-friendly estate situated between Ballito and Salt Rock.
