i found the service exceptional from the owner, better than all the others...he made the call first thing in the morning especially since i had made the booking late the evening and travelled the next day,not able2go back to email(no blackberry either) so that was excellent.
the accommodation is perfect to awesome....stunning views.
the owner went the second mile, as we arrived very late evening, he stayed in touch to check where and how we are doing. when we arrived, he was right there to assist & settle us.
would highly recommend to friends/family,in fact business people travelling to Mossel Bay.
