A preferred destination for guests with pets and/or smaller children. Coen's Place is a spacious self-catering holiday home situated on the beachfront in Britannia Bay, St Helena Bay. The house is ideal for guests with pets and young children as it is fenced. This property has direct access to the beach. This beach is situated in the "old" Britannia Bay, where the Britannica Ship sank 2 centuries ago. It is alive with the sound of waves breaking, almost ideal for surfers.
This traditional house can accommodate 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are furnished with queen-size beds and the other 2 are furnished with 2 single beds in each. None of the rooms are next to each other, therefore, providing private space to larger groups. The house has 2 bathrooms with a bath, shower and toilet in each, a separate toilet, and an outside shower.
The main kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, biltong slicer, sandwich maker, Cobb-braai, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee machine and an air fryer.
The lounge is on the lower level and has an indoor fireplace, flat-screen TV with access to Netflix and selected DStv channels. Guests can also enjoy the Wi-Fi and UPS. This lounge has access to a large covered patio area with furniture and braai facilities.
The house features a small library and reading room, a small kitchen with a bar fridge, sink, microwave, kettle and small induction stove, and a second large lounge with a TV, DVD and sound system. DVD's and CD's are available.
Attractions in and around the area include the St Helena Bay harbour, the private Paternoster Nature Reserve, the Lighthouse and rocks at Tieties Bay, and the beautiful beaches at Trekoskraal. There are a variety of restaurants in St. Helena Bay and Paternoster.
