Balooga 13 is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 6 sleeper, self-catering holiday apartment situated on the first floor of a secure complex in Margate located steps away from the beach, close to the Margate fishing pier.
The main bedroom contains a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom contains a double bed, while the third bedroom has 2 single beds. Both bathrooms are fitted with a shower, bath, toilet and washbasin.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. A dishwasher, washing machine & tumble dryer is provided, and there is also a breakfast nook with stools as well as a dining table that seats 4. The lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a flat screen TV with an open view decoder, Should you wish to watch the full DSTV package please bring with your own decoder and smart card or else hire one from the local supplier in Margate. ( no Explora or PVR )
The living area opens up onto a lovely patio area which has an outdoor patio set and a gas braai. A parking bay is allocated to this unit, and visitors parking is available on a first come, first serve basis. There is a swimming pool in the complex with a beach gate which leads down to the beach at Lawrence Rocks, about 20m away and Margate main beach and restaurants and shops are about 200 m away.
All linen is provided including bath towels, please bring with your own beach towels.
