Bellavista is a beautiful country retreat overlooking the Walker Bay on a private fynbos property of 300-hectares. It offers wonderful sweeping views of the Atlantic and the Overberg Mountains. In this panoramic setting, tranquility, privacy and peace are assured with a choice of stylish and comfortable accommodation.
Guests have a choice of Sea View Suites, a Sea View Room, a Junior Suite and a Mountain View Cottage. Each room and suite has a private bathroom, tea and coffee tray, and satellite TV. The Sea View Suites have a basic kitchenette with a bar fridge and microwave, and the Mountain View Cottage has a fully equipped kitchen and its own braai. The Sea View Room and Junior Suite do not have self-catering facilities.
Continental breakfast can be enjoyed on the terrace. A large salt water, rim flow swimming pool with an overflow into a kids pool is available to all our guests.

Walker Bay, the lagoon, and the Kleinriver area are famous for bird watching with the nearby town of Stanford declared as ‘the bird watchers paradise of the Overberg’. Various nature reserves nearby invite you to explore the local fauna and flora. Several golf courses are also nearby in Hermanus and Caledon. There is a shopping Mall in Hermanus.
Our property of 300 hectares offers private hiking trails with plenty of bird and animal watching, in the middle of the real Fynbos Kingdom. Feel free to pick the flowers you like most as an ever-lasting souvenir from our beautiful area.
