Situated a few metres north of Ponta do Ouros main swimming bay, this home is ideal for 2 families with small kids or a surfing group that want to be within an easy 20 metre walk to the beach. This home has 1 house between itself and the beach and is situated in a quiet residential section of Ponta do Ouro.
The home comprises of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:
Bedroom 1 has 1 queen size bed with an en suite bathroom that has a large shower, toilet and his and hers hand basins
Bedroom 2 has 1 queen size bed as well as 1 single bed
Bedroom 3 has 2 bunk beds
Bedroom 2 and 3 share a bathroom that has a shower, toilet and handbasin.
All 3 bedrooms are air conditioned and all beds have tailor made mosquito nets.
The house sleeps a total of 9 people.
There is a separate kiddies area with cushioned seating as well as a TV and books to keep the kids busy while the adults can enjoy a hanging out in the lounge or outside entertainment area.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering, all you need to bring with is your food and drinks. The house has full time staff that clean for you every day. There is an open plan lounge and dining area just off the kitchen.
The outside entertainment area is accessed from a large sliding door just off the kitchen out into the lush garden. Tastefully furnished with a 4-seater old dhow and enough tables and benches to seat 9 people, this makes for the perfect private area to have a braai, dine and hang out after a long lazy day on the beach.

Nice food and vibe
Very run down, hard to find decent food.
But the beaches are amazing, most resorts have taken a toll, but the vibe makes up for it 100 times over..

Worst experience of my life. We were told that our Vw tiguan Rline with 20 inch rims wouldnt have a problem getting to her place. There were 2 ways to get there. We got stuck in the sand on the 1st attempt, thank God for the helpful locals. Erna Smith didnt even answer her phone when we told we were stuck. We pleaded with her to atleast refund us 50% of the the total amount she requested upfront and paid in full 3 weeks earlier as she insisted. But she eventually rocked up at Melting pot restaurant where we told we were waiting. We eventually got a hold of her and said she will meet us melting pot. She arrived fuming and asked her to follow to another way in. We again got stuck and she even tried driving my vehicle out but failed. Again the locals came to the rescue. We pleaded with her to refund us atleast 50% so we could book a place that we could atleast drive to. But she said she is broke and will give us the 50% in 2 months time, which we knew was a lie. We asked her to follow us to the police station to get this sorted out. She said she had friends in the police station and she didnt care and we must follow her to the police. But she chickened out and left us to go find another place. We were left stranded with 3 kids in a car for hours at each point. She was rude and really inhumane. Thankful for Tri M wild waves who watched everything and made us and kids very comfortable. Won't want to visit again due to this ill treatment .
