Sue Casa 3 is a self-catering apartment located in Manaba, on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal Province.
This ground-floor apartment, with very little sea view from the unit as it is on the corner and has no patio, has two bedrooms, and one bathroom and accommodates four people. The unit has a small pavement in front of it but there is a communal garden table and benches at the braai area to relax and have something to eat while looking at the sea. The main bedroom comprises a double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin.
The apartment also comprises an open-plan kitchen and lounge area. The fully equipped kitchen features a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, and washing machine. There is also a breakfast bar with four stools. The lounge area has a TV with a full selection of DStv channels. Ceiling fans are available in both bedrooms and the lounge and an air-conditioner is situated in the kitchen area.
The complex offers communal braai facilities and there is a single lock-up garage behind the ground floor units in Collison Street, for one vehicle. Additional guest parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Guests can offload their luggage at the front of the unit on Lillicorona boulevard.
