Villa Albizia is a lovely holiday home situated in the secure Eden Rock Forest Estate in the heart of Pennington. It could be an ideal option for a peaceful holiday with family and friends as the property spoils with a lovely swimming pool area for full relaxation.
This property can accommodate 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 en-suite bedrooms as well as a guest toilet. All 3 bedrooms are furnished with a queen-size bed and the bathrooms are fitted with either a shower or a bath and a shower. All linen is provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery. For guests’ convenience, a washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the scullery. Leading from the kitchen is a 6-seater dining table and a cosy lounge with comfy seating and a flat-screen TV with a full selection of DStv channels. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.
This living area opens onto a covered patio with an outdoor dining table and a built-in braai. This patio leads onto a lovely garden space with a sparkling swimming pool and sun loungers. There is a Jacuzzi available.
Secure parking is also available for guests’ vehicles with 24-hour security on the property. The location of this estate is right next to Selborne Golf Club and is within close proximity to the beach and restaurants. During load shedding and water outages, there is a backup generator as well as a JoJo tank.

Nice, clean, pleasant environment!
Beautiful area, lovely long beach with large tidal pool for kids and separate rocky areas to explore. Not too crowded. Town itself is friendly and small but has everything you need.
Convenient close to Durban.
