Located in the beautiful San Lameer Golf Estate, Kwazulu Natal, San Lameer Villa 13942 is a beautiful open-plan villa with ocean views and a short walk from the beach.
The multi-storey, luxury private villa offers 5 en-suite bedrooms, 4 of which have stunning views, a large open patio, a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi. Comfortably furnished for 10, 3 of the rooms have king-size beds with a full en-suite bathroom. A fourth room has 2 single beds with an en-suite shower and the fifth bedroom contains bunk beds and has a shower-only en-suite bathroom. Four mattresses can be added on request.
The large open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, tea and coffee facilities and the necessary appliances and utensils. For convenience, a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are available.
The lounge offers comfortable seating, a TV with DStv and a dining area. Wi-Fi access is available and opens onto a patio with outdoor seating, a built-in braai and the inviting swimming pool and relaxing Jacuzzi. Parking is available.
