Whale Rock 9 is a modern and spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom second floor unit that sleeps 6 with amazing sea views in a secure complex in Margate. The complex has a lift so is suitable for people that are mobility impaired.
All bedrooms are fitted with double beds. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom which is fitted with a bath, shower as well as a toilet and basin and the 2nd bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin.
The unit has a modern and fully fitted kitchen with a fridge/freezer, gas stove, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher as well as a kitchen nook which seats three, and a dining table that seats six.
The lounge is fitted with a leather lounge suite which seats six and has a flat screen TV with unlimited Wi Fi.
There are sliding doors off the lounge and main bedroom onto a large patio overlooking the ocean. There is also patio furniture and a gas braai supplied for your use.
The apartment also boasts a state of the art UPS system for back up power during loadshedding. (excluding geyser )
There is a swimming pool and a parking bay provided as well as extra visitors parking and a lift, for your convenience, from the ground floor.
There is a gate from the complex leading to the Lawrence Rocks beach which is across the road, about 30m away, and Margate’s main beach and fishing pier is only a short walk away.
All linen is supplied, but please bring your own bath and beach towels with.
All shops and restaurants are within the immediate vicinity.
