Two bedrooms share a balcony that is accessible from the rooms through the sliding doors for a beautiful sea view.
There is a rooftop balcony with chairs in an enclosed seating area to sit and relax and look at the stunning sea view.
Downstairs entrance hall with lounge, dining room (big 8-seater dining room table and chairs) and flat-screen TV. Entertainment area off lounge with undercover built-in-braai. Fully fitted kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove, as well as all crockery, cutlery, pots, pans etc supplied.
The Property is in a complex (small and private) and is accessed via a remote-controlled gate into the Premises. There is an undercover parking for Unit 9 as well as one Guest parking available.
The Unit is situated behind the Shelly Shopping Centre for convenient shopping and a short walk to the Shelly Ski-Boat Club.
