Simbalina-on-sea is a magnificent 4 bedroom apartment overlooking Clarke Bay. It is a two second walk to the beach and has outstanding sea views from the patio and bedroom balcony . There is an outdoor pool , private beach area and garden.
The property offers access to free parking, wifi and an easy check-in process. You can lie in bed at night and enjoy the sound of the waves gently crashing onto the shore. There are 4 bedrooms which sleep 8 adults comfortably.. The main bedroom upstairs has a balcony and en-suite bathroom. It also has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom, a double bed. The second and third bedrooms share a big bathroom.. The downstairs bedroom is cosy with two single beds and a bathroom en-suite. There is a lovely living room with an open plan kitchen and lounge / dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, fridge, microwave and kettle. There is a television and free wi-fi . The large patio with a dynamic sea view leads off the lounge .There is also a huge swimming pool for everyone to use once you have been to the beach! The apartment is 15 kms from King Shaka airport and very centrally located for a business or pleasure trip to Ballito. Guests at the apartment will be able to enjoy activities in and around Ballito like diving, fishing and hiking. A home away from home, just with a magnificent beach and stunning seaview.

The apartment is clean, spacious and has the most incredible sea-view. The complex has a gate leading onto the promenade and the beach. There are lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. I would love to have stayed longer....
