Seanique at Ray road 77 is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 8 sleeper, holiday home in Ramsgate North.
The home boasts stunning sea views from the covered balcony, off the lounge as well as from the bedrooms.
The holiday house is ideal for larger groups and has a beautifully landscaped garden as well as a double garage, alarm system, UPS and water tanks for back up power and water supply.
The open plan kitchen is modern and fully equipped for self catering and includes a fridge/freezer and washing machine.
The lounge has comfortable seating for six and there is also a dining set off the lounge and kitchen which seats six.
The house boasts a smart TV with unlimited Wi Fi for your entertainment.
The large covered patio, off the lounge area, has a built in braai with patio furniture provided for your comfort.
There is one bedroom downstairs which is fitted with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, equipped with shower, basin and toilet.
Upstairs are three spacious bedrooms, of which the main bedroom is fitted with a king sized bed and the other two each have queen beds.
Each bedroom has their own bathroom, the main bedroom has an en- suite bathroom which is fitted with a bath, basin and toilet, and the other two are fitted with a shower, basin and toilet.
The house is ideally situated, close to the beach, restaurants and shopping, but quiet enough to enjoy the peaceful nature around you.
All linen is provided, just bring with your own bath and beach towels.
In Room Facilities:*Our units are independently owned so are furnished according to the owner's taste.
*All have DSTV connection, but please make sure by checking on the unit overview as you may have to bring your own decoder and smart card
*Most of our units are fitted with a washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer, but this should be verified by reading the overview of the unit
*Ramsgate is situated on the KwaZulu Natal South Coast, one and a half hours drive from Durban International Airport & twenty-five minutes from the Wild Coast Casino
*Ramsgate overlooks pristine beaches washed by the warm Indian Ocean and the bathing beaches are protected by shark nets for your safety
*All units are fully equipped to provide a comfortable stay for our guests, but most do not supply towels so please bring your own. *Some of our units have swimming pools in the complex, and all have braai facilities

*Enjoy boat trips, excellent fishing, golf, hiking, bird watching, horse riding and scuba diving which are just a few of the activities you can enjoy
*For the nature lover, the Oribi Gorge Nature Reserve is within the vicinity, which offers spectacular views, self-guided trials and hikes and there is also entertainment in the form of abseiling, river rafting, zipline and other extreme sports for the adrenalin junkies
