Clivedon Cottage offers accommodation in 2 cottages, each with a private entrance. It is situated on the owner's property, located on a working citrus farm in Sunday's River Valley, Kirkwood, 12.8 km from Sunland.
The Clivedon Cottage can accommodate up to 2 guests at a time and comprises 1 en-suite bedroom. The bedroom is comfortably furnished with a queen-size bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, and quality linen and bath towels are provided. The unit boasts a well-equipped kitchen with a microwave, gas stove, kettle, fridge, cutlery, and crockery. The lounge has comfortable couches and a TV with Netflix channels. Access to free Wi-Fi is also available.
The Astor Room suite is set in the gardens of Clivedon Cottage. It comprises 1 bedroom with a garden door leading onto a private patio. The bedroom is furnished with a double Slay bed making this airy and light bedroom very comfortable. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a walk-in rain shower which offers a touch of luxury. Amenities include a high level of security, Wi-Fi access, an in-house laundry facility and a dedicated workspace. The Astor Room offers the option of Breakfast on request.
Outside, guests can enjoy a private patio. Braai facilities and a shared swimming pool are also available for guests' enjoyment. A backup power supply is available during power cuts for a reasonable time. Guests are provided with secure on-site parking and can enjoy citrus tours and walking trails on the farm.
