Athenian Villa welcomes you to a little piece of the Greek Isles in the Overberg. Set in a side lane, off the main road, one can lose sight of the little town of Caledon and imagine oneself in Mykonos or Santorini, the setting is so authentic.
The building itself has a grand history, being one of the first in the town of Caledon, and the facade, which is a national monument, overlooks Donkin Street.
There is a huge balcony where one can spend lazy afternoons reading or sipping tea.
Athenian Villa has secure underground parking.
Please note that Athenian Villa has a flight of stairs leading to the rooms.

What a wonderful weekend away at the Athenian village. Our family of 7 adults really appreciated the kindness showed to us by our host Shaun. The breakfast was great and the rooms were clean.. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace outside and having a braai nd potjiekos with our friends. Thanks for the awesome time we will definitely return..

Excellent wedding venues.
I enjoyed the Hot springs at Caledon Hotel.
We bought beautiful fresh, homemade bread at a farmstall 2km from Boschendal.
We liked being close to nature, we saw a variety of beautiful birdlife, cows, sheep, mountain ranges.
The local people are friendly and helpful!
