Travel Voucher Terms and Conditions

You agree to be bound by these Voucher terms when using, or attempting to use a voucher, and acknowledge that you have read and understood these voucher terms along with Afristay's general terms and privacy policy.
Vouchers can only be used on the Afristay.com website and cannot be used at establishments.
Only 1 voucher may be used per booking.
Vouchers are issued at Afristay's discretion.
Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable.
Vouchers must be used during their validation period (before the expiry date). On the expiry date vouchers become unusable, forever.
The value of the voucher will discount the total booking value. Any remaining balance must be paid by you to confirm your booking.
If there is additional credit remaining after the use of your voucher, you may use this for future bookings within the vouchers validity period.
If your booking is cancelled by a host, you will be issued a new voucher of the same value, you may allocate your voucher to an alternative booking at your request if desired. Please note that this will not change the validation period of the voucher.
In the event a booking is cancelled by a guest, the voucher amount will be refunded in accordance with the refund policy of the listing, and in proportion to the ratio of cash and voucher used for the booking.
Standard terms and conditions for booking accommodation at an establishment via Afristay.com will apply to bookings using your voucher. Afristay.com is not responsible for any aspect of the accommodation.
All bookings are subject to availability. Voucher's don't guarantee availability at the establishment.
Afristay reserves the right to: (i) amend these voucher terms at any time, (ii) cancel vouchers at any time, (iii) cancel or reverse a voucher redemption.
Some vouchers may have "minimum booking" requirements. To use your voucher on your desired booking please ensure your booking meets or exceeds the minimum booking amount requirement.
