Welcome to Villa Costa Rose,
Villa Costa Rose is located in Sea Point and is central to all main attractions, the sea front promenade and many good restaurants are within a safe and easy walking distance.
Being close to the City Sightseeing (Hop on Hop Off) bus stop, guests are able to visit the V&A Waterfront, City Center, Table Mountain, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, Constantia Wine Region, Hout Bay and Camps Bay. There is an additional bus to Cape Point from our stop too thus guests can save money and travel greener by not hiring cars.
Villa Costa Rose is quiet, modern and comfortable, serves a fabulous buffet breakfast and has free fibre wi-fi throughout the whole property.
Smoking is only allowed on the terrace, balconies and in the garden.

It is beautiful and tranquil and close to the ocean.
Welcoming hosts. Lovely varied breakfast. Good quality bedding and sheets. Attention to detail in the bedrooms- mix of antiques in my bedroom ( the king size double). Good size, view over next door rooftop. Close proximity 100m to Main Road Seapoint for convenience. Good value

Neil and Rob are perfect hosts. Attention to detail is very evident. Breakfast had a great variety to suit all tastes. Safe location, an easy uber ride from town. The nearby cafes and restaurants offered a wide variety of choice.
Beautiful location, tastefully furnished in modern and elegant style, with care to details. Room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the hosts and their staff very nice, friendly and helpful in suggesting where to go, what to visit, restaurants. We would definitely recommend.

Everything is just around this area. Relatively safe and have no issues to walk alone at night, even if there are some homeless people on the street.
