P4 Albany Court is a lovely and charming self-catering studio apartment ideal for couples or business travellers visiting Cape Town. It is situated in a quiet residential area of Gardens. Wake up to spectacular views of the beautiful Table Mountain.
Walking into this quaint apartment complex, you’ll feel right at home. The apartment is accessed by four flights of stairs (no elevator in building), however don’t let this discourage you from reaching your home away from home.=!
This comfortably furnished studio apartment offers an open-plan design, an en-suite bathroom and a large living space. The living area has a comfortable couch and a flat-screen TV. Uncapped-Wifi is also available (50 Mbps). The lounge leads onto a, open plan, fully equipped kitchen, which has all modern facilities, and leads onto a huge terrace from penthouse level with magnificent views towards Table Mountain. The apartment is also a great way to wake up to the beautiful mountain view every day.
The apartment complex is located around the corner from Kloof Street with nice bars, restaurants and everything else you need.
Key & Breakage Deposit:
A standard key & breakage deposit is payable before or at check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the apartment and may be changed at owner’s / management’s discretion. The following types of payments are accepted:
Secure online payment / Pre-authorisation link that can be sent directly to you or sent with the check in host on the day of arrival (preferred). This is for all short term stays less than 28 nights only.
If no credit card will be available upon check in and for all stays more than 28 nights; the deposit is payable via EFT but needs to bank before arrival.
If none of the two options above was actioned a non-refundable cash payment must be made before check in can be completed.
Deposits will be refunded between 7 and 14 working days after bank confirmation letter has been received, should everything be in order.
As well as a non-refundable R300 meet & greet for check-in outside of office hours on weekdays, and weekends after 18:00 (6:00pm)
