* Public Health Permit available issued by Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality.
* Certificate of Acceptability issued by Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality available.
* All food are prepared in a Nut/tree
nut/milk/egg/fruit/vegetables/fish/shellfish/soy/seed/red meat environment which can
contain all these food allergies.
* Safety and security signage apply.
* ONLY CONFIRMED bookings will be honored.
* Paid accommodation is not transferable.
* No cash refunds.
* Only proof of payment will confirmed booking.
* Supper are served only from Mondays-Thursdays.

* Smoking is prohibited in all rooms, however a demarcated area is allocated.

* Keys of rooms will not be handed over to any third-party other than the
person/company in which name of the booking, provided that checking-in is
done.
*UNCLAIMED LOST ITEMS will be donated to a ORPHANAGE after 7 days of loss.
