High on top of the dune in Malongane, Kangela Estate; sits this beautifully decorated thatched beach house. The elevation is designed to give you a 360-degree ocean and lake view.
The main living area flows from the kitchen to the dining room, living room, and bar whilst you cook, eat, and socialize with the infinity views of the magnificent, endless Malongane beach.
The house sleeps 14 people. There are 4 double bedroom cottages linked by wooden decks to the house, and two downstairs bedrooms sleeping three singles each. All rooms are ensuite; made up of percale linen, beds under the net, ceiling fans, and air conditioning.
The upstairs wrap-around deck has outside seating facing the sea, or at the back of Lake Suki for the magnificent sunsets.
There is a cool plunge pool sheltered from the wind under the milkwood trees and two outside showers following beach days.
The lounge is comfortably designed for reading and chilling.
The kitchen is well stocked with three fridges, enough freezer space,
crockery, cutlery, a coffee machine, a water ozonator, a Microwave, Kettle, Electrical Stove, Oven, Toaster, Hand Mixer, Ice Maker, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer. The oven is gas/electric. There is also a gas braai, Weber, and outdoor furniture outside at the pool.
A large bar overlooking the sea, includes under-counter fridges, an ice machine, and glassware.
The house is within walking distance of the beach, the dive campsite, and the village of Malongane - central and convenient for any activities.
(There is no TV).
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
**Please be advised that you will need a 4x4 vehicle to gain access to the property due to the sandy roads.**

During low and high seasons minimum stay of 3 nights
Should the property be booked by a group of youngsters, kindly NOTE no under 25s without parental/adult supervision.
The swimming pool at this house has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk.
*The gas braai is not to be moved from the lower pool area under any circumstances as there is an extreme fire risk being up by the house. There are also to be no open flame fires at the house under any circumstances. Any violation of either of these severe fire risks will leave clients personally liable for any and all damage.*
CLEANING FEE
Joyce, Pretty, and Joe the 3 staff members who will make your holiday stay more relaxed with cleaning and washing will be there at the house daily.
• Daily Rates (please include the day of arrival and day of departure):
o Housekeeper: MZN 500 /R150
o The gardener: MZN 250 /R75
REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT
There is a R 7,500 breakage deposit that will be refunded 2 weeks after your departure date.
EARLY And LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Late check-out is on request only. This is due to incoming bookings on the day of your departure. Should the house be available, we will deduct the extra charge of R1500.00 from your refundable breakage deposit, check out no later than 3 pm.
No pets are permitted. Loud music, parties, and functions will not be allowed. House rules in all Estates have a noise level cut-off of 10:30 pm. Should you not adhere to these rules the full breakage deposit will be retained.

Friendly people and amazing vibe.
The whole relaxed vibe in Ponta Malongane.
Great place to visit, heading back in a couple of months. Bars/restaurants - 360, Ninho's, Drunken Clam, Sunset shack were our favourites and have great staff.
360 bar was really nice, as the name suggests the view was incredible. Further towards Ponta du Ora is die Malboerbar. This was probably the best bar we went to in terms of prices, food and the vibe.
We enjoyed nature, quietness, being without TV, playing board games, driving around in sandy roads to explore, watching the whales from our deck, visit the local little shops.
The friendliness and helpfulness of the locals.
