Welcome to H4 Princess Beach,
This beautiful, town house has 3 bedrooms (2 Queen and 1 3/4 size beds) and 2 bathrooms (the en-suite with shower, basin and toilet, the main has a bath, shower, toilet and basin). It sleeps five comfortably.
The fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave oven, stove and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery, leads to a spacious dining room and lounge. The lounge opens onto a private garden, with outdoor furniture and a braai, and is sheltered from the south east wind when it blows.
There is a swimming pool in the complex. There are braai facilities at the house and at the swimming pool.
There is a WiFi facility, Satellite TV and DVD player.
The house is located 5 minutes away from the famous Chapman’s Peak Drive, a 500m walk from the beautiful Hout Bay beach and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops.
The house is not serviced.
A refundable breakage deposit of R2,000 is payable.

Beautiful place
Vibrant night life. Big variety of restaurants and food. Clean beaches and market has a big variety of items. Great way te spend a summers day. Packing is limited though so getting there early is key.
