Mouille Point ("MOO-lee") is an affluent suburb of Cape Town, situated between the V&A Waterfront and Granger Bay to the east, Green Point to the south and the Atlantic Ocean to the north and west. The suburb hugs the coastline and is dominated by high-end apartment blocks. Conveniently located 15 minute’s drive to the city centre, 40 minutes from the airport, 40 minutes from the Cape Winelands and 60 minutes from Cape Point.

3 days blocked off between stays, to let the property ‘air out’
all of our staff wear masks at all times and have their temperatures tested daily
Staff maintain 1.5 meter distance from one another
Before arrival, the property is completely sanatised – all surfaces and soft furnishings. Crockery and cutlery are washed on the hottest dishwasher cycle
All linen is washed on hot cycles of at least 60ºC/140ºF
Sanatiser is available in all rooms and including the entrance hall for your use
Disposable face masks will be available for your use as well as the option to purchase a fabric mask made from a beautiful shwe-shwe material – the perfect African souvenir
A tracing log is kept, with details of every person that has accessed the property
Our company vehicles are kept clean and sanatised

Attractions:

There are plenty of activity and entertainment options within walking distance of 24 Villa Marina. To the west is the lighthouse which serves as a beacon with its distinctive red-and-white stripes – in operation since 1824 and the oldest active lighthouse in South Africa – just beyond that an open-air gym, putt-putt course and children's park, whilst to the south-east the well-known Green Point soccer stadium and adjacent Green Point park. Boasting a tea room and curated fynbos gardens and ponds and play areas, the park is the ideal spot for a gentle stroll as one contemplates the beauty that such greenery offers in contrast to built-up areas characteristic of any big city. Just a 5 mins walk from the apartment is the V&A Waterfront shopping precinct and the famous and beautiful beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay.
