Welcome to Cozumel 320,
Stunning two bedroom apartment in the very popular complex of Cozumel, with beautiful views over the Umdloti tidal pool and modern finishes, you will love the feeling of this place!
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. It comprises 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, featuring a fridge-freezer, a stove with oven, cutlery and crockery. The dining area has a 6-seater dining table while the lounge features a flat-screen TV with DStv. It opens through glass sliding doors onto a balcony with outdoor furniture and stunning views over the tidal pool.
The Cozumel complex offers communal laundry facilities and automatic gate access operated by a security guard. There is also a communal swimming pool with braai facilities.
There is also a breakage and disturbance deposit of R1500 per booking which is refundable after your stay as well as a community levy of R10 per night.

The place was top class, the monkeys i enjoyed seeing them there, dstv was not working so it could have been a big issue had I came with kids, They need to ensure that that is fixed, but otherwise the place was great, would definitely go back again, even the security officers are extremely friendly.

Umdloti has very conveniently located magnificent stretches of pristine golden beaches with shark nets, clear water, large safe tidal pool, delightful paved walks beside the sea and outstanding restaurants like Mundo Vida with sea views. Simple open air changing rooms like those seen on European beaches would be an improvement.
