Welcome to 42 Napier Street,
Ideally situated in the centre of the village off the cobbled part of Napier Street this very popular luxury property accommodates five persons in three bedrooms.
As you enter the property, via a central tiled corridor, you pass the air-conditioned queen bedroom on one side and single bedroom plus shared shower bathroom on the other. The entertaining heart of the property is open plan with six seater dining area, comfortable living space, working fireplace and fully fitted kitchen that all look out onto the private enclosed fountain court-yard. This courtyard has table and seating along with Braai/BBQ.
Stairs from the kitchen take you to the 1st floor dressing room that connects to bedroom 1 and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. The bedroom has sliding glass windows that opens out onto its own private terrace with hot tub and views of the city and Table Mountain.
Spiral stairs are accessed from the dressing room area and take you up to this great roof deck with sun loungers that have 360 degree views of Table Mountain, Signal Hill and the city.
This property can also be internally connected to its neighbour, 40 Napier Street, so is ideal for large groups as it can then cater for nine persons.
This property is serviced and, separate to the accommodation rate, there is free WiFi.

Great views
I enjoy it being quite low key and quirky and mixing with locals as well as tourists and having a few good eateries, bars and coffee shops nearby with easy walking distance into the city centre and the waterfront and Green Point with short taxi rides to beach areas.
Fantastic location!
