Our unique properties offer space, privacy and home comforts. Each is cleaned every other day during the week, excluding public holidays and weekends.(reduced cleaning service during COVID-19 crisis)
All 4-Star properties have fully fitted kitchens, living and dining areas with satellite television and they all have wall safes and an outdoor area as standard. All master bedrooms have air-conditioning and all properties have free WiFi.
In addition you can choose properties with pools, hot-tubs, courtyards, garages and roof decks with amazing views.

Area Information:Ideally located at the centre of the Cape Town city centre, Green Point, Signal Hill and the V&A Waterfront. The area boasts a good selection of highly recommended restaurants, coffee shops, wine bars, clubs, deli's and designer shops. There are car hire companies aplenty in the area as well as easy access to a glut of tourist attractions.
Property Facilities:We are self-catering and each of our luxury homes is unique; on our website every property has a full description with detailed fact sheet to assist you in making your own personal choice. All properties are fully fitted and we provide linen and free WiFi.
Attractions:De Waterkant Village is close to all the major Cape Town attractions. You can either explore on foot and walk to the Waterfront, stadium, Green Market Square and conference centre. A short taxi ride away you can visit Table Mountain, Camps Bay and then the winelands. As a point of reference The Village Cafe is right next door to our reception and Cape Quarter is the closest shopping centre which is only 3 minutes walk away.
Word of warning, do not get into a minibus taxi, rather ask about getting an Uber or using the MiCity bus.

I enjoy it being quite low key and quirky and mixing with locals as well as tourists and having a few good eateries, bars and coffee shops nearby with easy walking distance into the city centre and the waterfront and Green Point with short taxi rides to beach areas.
