Welcome to Waterfront 22,
In one of our favorite complexes this beautiful self-catering flat is situated on the second floor right across from the beach! The apartment can accommodate up to 2 guests and has a selection of DSTV channels and one bedroom with a second bed in the large lounge, which enables you to wake up to the dolphins play.
There is also a breakage and disturbance deposit of R1500 per booking which is refundable after your stay as well as a community levy of R10 per night.

Umdloti has very conveniently located magnificent stretches of pristine golden beaches with shark nets, clear water, large safe tidal pool, delightful paved walks beside the sea and outstanding restaurants like Mundo Vida with sea views. Simple open air changing rooms like those seen on European beaches would be an improvement.
