Farmstead Directions - Please read carefully as there is a summer and winter entrance

Our main summer entrance - Two Rivers West Gate

https://g.page/thefarmsteadfranschhoek?share

From Cape Town turn off the N1 onto the R45 towards Franschhoek 14km before Franschhoek opposite the Motor Museum is Two Rivers West Gate.

Winter Gate - Two Rivers EAST Gate

https://maps.app.goo.gl/MNaxpDx8APytQDxf7?g_st=ic

Two Rivers East Gate - if Berg river has a lot of water after winter rains - or you don’t want to cross the low water bridge. Use the Two Rivers East Gate - which is almost opposite Bridge House School, just across the big bridge. From West Gate - Carry on 5km on the R45 towards Franschhoek. Pass the motor museum on your right, then Bridge house, then the Berg River big bridge, then turn immediately left after the big bridge (10meters after bridge). To the Two Rivers East Gate which is the gate straight ahead of you (not The River Farm gate on the right).

Our family of 4 with young baby, 4 year old plus my elderly parents were all very comfortable at the farmstead. The accommodation is very well appointed & stylish, and the beds are delicious.
Jules & family were the perfect hosts and the farm is a haven of peace. Plenty of bird life, gorgeous river to swim in & farm flora & fauna to delight your primal instincts.
With 360 views and a stones throw from great locations like Babylonstoren who could ask for more? We’ll be back!

What a special spot on a such a quiet and tranquil stream. We had a heavenly night here....our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer!

So many wonderful places to eat including lovely outdoor courtyards with live music; lovely bespoke shops plus some necessities like Clicks; incredible world-class wine estates with wine tasting & pairing experiences and the wine tram; lovely accommodation well-tiered; safe to walk around. For an outstanding experience and meal I would recommend La Petite Colombe on Leeu estates.

The village vibe and how safe it is. Also, everyone can walk to where they want to go, instead of getting into a car every time.
