A very popular tourist destination, tight next to the sea, the best time to visit is between November - March when the weather is pleasant ranging from warm to extremely hot. By April the wind starts to blow and could become quite cold and wet. The area is surrounded by many international restaurants and coffee shops all vying for attention. Buses and taxis are available but it would be safer for tourists to take an Uber or the MyCiti bus when commuting short distances.
