Constantia Cottages are located in the heart of the Cape's most famous and beautiful area, amongst the leafy vines of the oldest Winelands in the Cape, in close proximity to many of the celebrated Cape restaurants. It provides easy access to the major highways and is also two minutes away from the chic Constantia Village Shopping Centre (Supermarkets, a variety of fashionable shops and restaurants). The False Bay Beaches and Southern Suburbs Golf Courses are an easy 15 minutes away and the City no more than 20 minutes by vehicle.
All of these TGCSA 4-Star Holiday Homes in Constantia have double bedrooms and full bathrooms en-suite, aircon or underfloor heating, 6 of them with bathtub and shower. The lounges have Smart-TV (Internet-linked) and fast access to the Internet (100mbps fibre optic line). AA "SUPERIOR" and "Highly Recommended".

Our fully under floor-heated 80sqm cottage has two bedrooms, both en-suite to the same bathroom. The master bedroom is equipped with a King-Size-Bed, the second bedroom with Queen-Size-Bed. Bathroom with a big shower cabin, a designer basin, nice corner bath, and corner toilet. Separate guest toilet downstairs.
The granite-top kitchen is open plan to the lounge and fully equipped with high-quality appliances, such as a big fridge/freezer combo, induction-stove, oven, extractor, microwave, sink, washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher. There is a dining area with seating for five and a corner-lounger in front of the 50" Smart-TV. Own private garden part and very spacious terrace.
"HIGHGROVE COTTAGE" (Holiday Home in Kirstenhof):
Our "Highgrove Cottage" is a 92sqm semi-detached house located in a quiet gated community close to a mall with lots of shops and restaurants. The lounge with brand new appliances fully fitted open-plan kitchen leads onto a terrace covered by a pergola and surrounded by a small garden. There is a guest toilet downstairs. On the second floor are 3 bedrooms in total, the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and is fitted with 2 single beds, the other bedrooms (sharing the second bathroom next door) are fitted with a queen-size bed each. All bedrooms offer a lot of storage space in built-in cupboards.
The standard occupation is 4 people. The cottage can accommodate add. 2 people for a surcharge. Parking in the estate next to the cottage. There is a reception/front gate manned by security service personnel. Electric fencing all around the property!
"COTTAGE CHARDONNAY" (Studio in Constantia-Morningstar):
This beautiful and cosy 30sqm apartment offers furnished self-catering accommodation for two people in a Queen Size-bed (top-quality mattress) and max. two children on a comfortable sofa-bed. Make yourself at home in this fully equipped Holiday Home to make your stay an enjoyable one.

"JUNIOR-SUITE Pinotage" (Small Apartment in Constantia-Morningstar):
Our small 45sqm apartment sleeps two in a double bed and 1 adult or max. 2 children on a comfortable sleeper couch. It has private access to the big garden, and big windows allow a nice view of the garden and the terrace.

Our small 60sqm cottage sleeps two in a king-size bed (182cm width, 2 separate mattresses) plus one additional adult or two children on a comfortable sleeper-couch (108cm width, surcharge if used) in the lounge. 40" Smart-TV with DStv menu. Fully fitted kitchen with high-quality appliances: gas hob, stove, microwave oven, big fridge/freezer combo, dishwasher, coffee machine, cattle, sink, and a dining table for four.
The stylish bathroom has a beautiful round bath, walk-in shower, toilet, and granite-top basin. A sliding door leads onto a private 40sqm patio/garden with a 4-seater table and a luxury Weber Braai (no swimming pool!). This cosy holiday home has its own private entrance to the premises and is totally separated from the other accommodation unit. This property has electric fencing, beams, and alarm contact all around. Parking off-street between the automatic gate.

This charming 250sqm holiday home has a living room, fully fitted kitchen (granite-top) with modern quality appliances open-plan to a nice dining room and two regular bedrooms, each ensuite with its own bathroom, all on the ground floor of the double-storey building. A third bedroom fitted with 2 single beds and bathroom are available upstairs for an extra charge. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed (king-size, 184cm width), and its bathroom has a walk-in shower with shower head and hand shower, heated towel rail, and UV-heater. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds. The second bathroom has a shower cubicle with a showerhead and hand shower, a cabinet with a basin and a heated towel rail. We ask for a Final Cleaning Fee (FCF) and a Refundable Damage Deposit (RDD).
All 10 cottages and apartments are serviced twice a week.
All of our holiday homes are situated in the wonderful green Constantia Valley, the oldest wine region of South Africa. This area, close to Table Mountain, has an excellent infrastructure with all amenities as well as a beautiful landscape with hiking trails: We are close to shopping facilities (e.g. Constantia Village, Constantia Emporium), Steenberg Golf Course, the Famous Cape Wine Routes and have got excellent restaurants "around the corner". The beaches which offer a lot of water sport as well as Downtown Cape Town with all its attractions, such as the Waterfront, museums and theatres, Cape Malay Quarter, Parliament, Companies Garden, the Cable Way, Markets, and and and.........you can reach in 15 minutes, and the list goes on....Property Facilities:
The well-appointed holiday homes of Constantia Cottages are surrounded by an immaculate big private garden. Our guests have access to the beautiful 45sqm solar-heated swimming pool. The entire property is illuminated by lots of lights during the night and is alarmed inside and outside the buildings with beams, sensors and CCTV. Cameras at the bells show who is in front before opening up. We are connected to a security company (armed response). Secure off-street parking for all cars.Attractions:

The Chef’s Warehouse restaurant at Beau Constantia was extraordinary. Tryn Restaurant at Steenberg, the Market Village and restaurants at Constantia Uitsig Estate and La Colombe restaurant, Hout Bay, were just outstanding. Great shopping village at Constantia Village.
Spacious rooms with excellent service on top.
The views, the fresh air, the crisp winter chill whilst lying next to the fire.
