Welcome to Perfect Beachfront Apartments #1.
Come stay in our lovely apartments situated on the beachfront in Sea Point. The location is perfect for a holiday with or without a car. It is within walking distance of supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Offering 24 hour concierge security. Wifi enabled with uncapped fibre and backup battery.
Just cross over the Beach road and you can take a walk or run on the promenade which stretches from the Waterfront all the way to Bantry Bay and onwards to Camps Bay.
We offer fast speed fiber internet and cable TV.
All our apartments are located on the beautiful beachfront of Sea Point. Right opposite a trendy outdoor el fresco food area with bike hiring facilities. The vibrant Mojo market is one block away. The Pavilion public salt water swimming pools are opposite as well as the tourist hop on hop off bus. Our apartments are in a beachfront building and all have a side sea view but are not directly facing the beach.
Within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, banks and laundromats. The beachfront opposite offers miles of walking on the promenade.
All units have a flat-screen TV. Some units have a sitting and/or dining area. There is also a kitchen equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine and toaster. Each unit is fitted with a private bathroom with free toiletries. Towels and bed linen provided.

Everything is just around this area. Relatively safe and have no issues to walk alone at night, even if there are some homeless people on the street.
