The property is located in a secluded corner of our country garden. It offers an open-plan kitchen and lounge area which opens onto the pool and small patio. It is therefore not suitable for a family with a small child who cannot swim.
The bedroom leads off the lounge and has an en-suit shower and toilet. The main sink is in the bedroom. Above the main double bed is a loft are with a single bed. This is ideal for a third person, perhaps a young child, as they will basically be sharing the same room.
The kitchen has a small fridge, two plate stove with small oven, a microwave oven, kettle and all necessary cooking utensils.

We are located within walking distance of two train stations and bus routes. There are excellent shopping centres in the area with a variety of restaurants. The False Bay beaches are just 20 minutes drive away and the centre of Cape Town no more than 25 minutes by car (except in rush hour traffic)
